Hero Electric has launched the cheapest electric two-wheelers in India. It is called the FLASH and has a sticker price of just Rs 19,990 (ex-showroom Delhi). Currently, the cheapest two-wheeler in India is the TVS Super XL that carries a price tag about Rs 27,000! The Hero Flash was launched today at the on-going GMX 2017 Expo at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The Hero Flash comes powered with a 250 watt motor that has a riding range of 65 kms. This is more than enough for daily usage by both teenagers and adults alike. Hero Electric has been one of the pioneers and market front-runners in the Indian electric two-wheeler industry. The Flash is aimed at early adopters of electric mobility and first time e-vehicle buyers and is the most economical (easy to own, easy to maintain) two-wheeler in the country. It comes with the trust and confidence of Hero Electric coupled with a high-quality build.
Features of the Hero Electric Flash e-scooter include complete short-circuit protection and under-the-seat storage facility. It is available in two colours of Red-Black and Silver-Black. This scooter does not require a driving license or registration which will increase its appeal among the young, teenage demography. The Flash weighs just 87 kilos helping it score very high on maneuverability. It also gets Mag alloy wheels, telescopic suspension and a full body crash guard.
