This is now the top-end P8 e2o Plus that comes with a higher range of 140km but yet is attaining a drive range of 100km here. Further, as seen in the video, the e2o was zipping around on the left bank road (Naggar Highway) comfortably at speeds of 50-60km/h. Impressive!

Mahindra was also testing the new longer TUV300 (could be named TUV500) in Himachal Pradesh last month (read exclusive story) and we got you exclusive images of the Mahindra Ssangyong Tivoli being tested in Ladakh a few months back (read story here).

  1. Hey good news! EVs are great for high altitude. Ghats. Places where maintaining a fuel dump would be a problem but there is abundant sun, wind, & rain. 🙂 Also I’m very interested in knowing about how these batteries with computers on wheels can help buffer the grid, maybe even help keep a distributed grid running. Especially since the major renewable energy sources are not 24/7. Regards! – Raphae
